On a recent visit to Sweden to prepare for our reportage on Swedish Smörgåsbord, I met Chef Niklas and his creative staff! Each Christmas season they prepare 101+ different dishes for their spectacular Julbord! Some of the best dishes on the Smörgåsbord are the Gourmet Herring, the Gravad Lax and the Fish & Seafood Pate. On the warm side of the Smörgåsbord, the Jansson's Frestelse can't be missed!
